Supporting Our B2C Sales Team with Professionalism and Enthusiasm
At Forbes Professional, we take great pride in nurturing talent and celebrating those who contribute to our success. One such individual is Alice Englefield, who recently left to begin her university studies at Birmingham University, where she’ll be pursuing a degree in Philosophy.
Alice initially joined us for a work experience placement in July 2023 and soon became an invaluable member of our B2C Sales Team, supporting our consumer operation, Forbes Rentals.
Her role focused on engaging with customers who applied via our website - confirming personal details, conducting credit checks, and helping guide them toward suitable rental products. Alice brought a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a consistently positive approach to every task.
Although her role was within the B2C sales support team, her work intersected with the broader Forbes values - namely, a commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and human-centred communication.
It was a pleasure to have Alice onboard - her grandmother, Janice, is a long-serving and respected member of our Management Team and we knew she would be a valuable addition to the team! At Forbes, family is at the heart of our business, and we’re always delighted to see that tradition carried forward.
Alice leaves us on a high note - having secured her A-Level results and a place at her chosen university - but we are pleased to say this is not goodbye. She plans to return during university holidays, and we very much look forward to welcoming her back.
