# Regulations, Compliance & Safety

## Regulations

We always ensure that work is carried out in full accordance with all of the applicable laws, as required by the client’s terms, with Good Industry Practice and in compliance with all industry and WRAS specifications.  Removal and safe disposal of all waste and debris is also completed in accordance with WEEE.

## Compliance

We are regulated and accredited the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are fully committed to their principles on ‘Treating Customers Fairly.’ Our CEO is also a respected, long-standing board member of RETRA.

- **CHAS accredited**: Contractors Health and Safety Scheme, a member of SSIP.
- **RoSPA**: Our engineers are trained to RoSPA standard.

## Health & Safety

All work is completed in complete compliance with health and safety requirements. Our staff attend regular in-house, health and safety, manufacturer and RoSPA training courses.  We are fully accredited by CHAS, our qualified engineers have all of the necessary PPE and we always install and commission all equipment, certifying it for safe use.
