She leads by example -  earning Salesperson of the Month for half of the past two quarters and topping the company charts for new customer sign-ups in nine of the last twelve months.

Her success comes from genuine passion and deep product knowledge. She helps customers see the bigger picture - that renting isn’t just affordable and flexible, it’s also a smarter, more sustainable way to live.

Many of Elaine’s customers begin with one product and soon expand their accounts once they experience the ease and value of rental. She helps people realise that choosing refurbished, preloved appliances supports the circular economy, saves money, and provides the peace of mind that comes with Forbes’ award-winning service support.

Elaine joined Forbes Rentals in 2002, following in her mother’s footsteps, and has grown with the company ever since. Now in her 24th year, she’s seen Forbes evolve - and has been a huge part of that journey.

Elaine balances professionalism with warmth, and her positive energy is felt by everyone she works with. Her colleagues describe her as a “great listener,” “a calming presence,” and “someone you can always count on.”
