For 30 years, the Innovative Electrical Retailing (IER) Awards has been the leading event for the recognising excellence within our sector. It honours everything from ‘exceptional products and business pioneers to high street heroes and customer service champions.’ Winners are selected by a specially selected panel of judges and we are immensely proud to have previously taken home this award.
Our entire business model depends upon the delivery of exacting standards of customer service throughout the customer journey. The highly coveted recognition associated with this nomination is always a huge mark of achievement.
The awards ceremony will take place on 10th June 2022 at Park Plaza Riverside in London where celebrations will extend beyond the recognition of key industry players to mark the awards’ 30th anniversary. It promises to be an exciting afternoon.
