Forbes is delighted to announce that, for the second year running, we have won Feefo’s most prestigious Platinum Award. This highly coveted category was only introduced in 2020, and is reserved for businesses that have consistently achieved exceptional reviews and been Gold rated for at least three consecutive years.

These Trusted Service Awards are awarded annually and are a much valued seal of approval for businesses that use Feefo to collate genuine, unbiased customer reviews,.  To achieve Platinum level recognition is a true mark of sustained achievement and is testament to the ongoing hard work and dedication from our staff. This has been a truly unprecedented year with COVID-19 affected us all in ways we could never have imagined.  However, we are exceptionally proud of the way in which our staff have adapted to the amended processes. With a great number of our employees continuing to work from home, this award demonstrates that we have maintained the first-class service that our customers depend upon. As a company we have implemented all of the requisite hygiene and social distancing measures ,and are extremely thankful that we have been able to provide an uninterrupted provision of our essential services throughout the pandemic.
