It has been an unprecedented year but we are extremely proud of the way in which we have maintained our first class customer support, despite our office staff currently working remotely. This time has really underpinned the importance of our digital offering and we are truly grateful that we have managed to deliver an uninterrupted, COVID secure provision of essential services. These awards are a highly respected mark of excellence within our industry. We are delighted to be finalists and are greatly looking forward to the awards ceremony in July 2021.
