We are thrilled to announce that we have once again won The Innovative Electrical Retailing Awards‘ ‘Best Customer Service Award.’ The highly respected IER Awards has been running for over 28 years and recognises exceptional products and achievements from within the industry.
The awards ceremony itself is usually a real hub of networking and celebration with an exclusive drinks reception and luncheon. However, sadly, the pandemic meant that the awards were presented via an online stream this year. That does not detract from the fact that winning this trophy is an unrivalled seal of industry approval and whilst we may not all be together celebrating this afternoon we are certainly raising a glass!
