The hotel had been outsourcing its guest towelling services but sought a more efficient and cost-effective solution that would provide greater control over laundry processes. After consulting with the hotel’s team, we demonstrated the significant benefits of bringing laundry in-house.

To initiate the project, we conducted a comprehensive site survey, producing precise CAD drawings to outline the installation plan. Collaborating with the hotel’s mechanical engineering contractors, we ensured every aspect of the setup was tailored to their space and operational needs.
The installation featured the latest Miele Professional 9kg capacity PDW 909 stacked washers and dryers; with three stacks expertly positioned for maximum efficiency. Renowned for their high performance and reliability, these machines deliver outstanding results, with a complete cotton wash and dry cycle in just 89 minutes. The Miele honeycomb drum protects and prolongs the life of the hotel’s towelling, ensuring a luxurious guest experience.
To complement the system, we installed and calibrated three Brightwell 4-head dosing pumps to optimise the delivery of laundry chemicals, ensuring precision and cost control whilst minimising waste.
Once the equipment was installed, commissioned, and set up, our team provided in-depth training for the hotel’s staff to ensure they could operate the system with ease and confidence.
By transitioning to an on-premise laundry, the hotel has gained complete control over its operations, significantly reduced costs, and improved efficiency without compromising on quality. The hotel also opted for our Complete Care Rental solution, a comprehensive package that covers installation and all repair costs throughout the contract term.
