Following extensive site surveys and consultations, our team worked closely with the client to identify the most suitable solution for the buildings and the people using them every day. After assessing the operational requirements across the sites, Miele commercial laundry equipment was selected for its reliability, performance and suitability for high-demand communal environments.

Installation and ongoing support
The installation programme was completed in carefully planned phases over four months by our qualified engineering team, with works coordinated to minimise disruption for residents and day-to-day site operations.
Every installation required careful planning, particularly within high-rise and multi-occupancy buildings where safety, compliance and adaptability are essential. Forbes Professional carried out detailed risk assessments for each site and ensured all installations aligned with current Building Act regulations and associated legislation.
The contract also includes both preventative and reactive maintenance support, with regular engineer visits covering servicing, safety checks and ongoing system optimisation.
