The IER (Innovative Electrical Retailing) Awards have been running for 28 years and honour the ‘exceptional products, business pioneers, high street heroes and customer champions’ of our industry. We are proud to have previously been awarded their prestigious Best Customer Service Award, which gave us a lot of much appreciated public recognition.
