Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Update, March 2020

As a business, Forbes is taking the Coronavirus outbreak extremely seriously and the safety of our clients and staff is of paramount importance. We are closely monitoring the situation and are acting immediately in line with Government Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines.

Across the company, we are taking all of the preventative measures that we can in order to protect both our staff and our customers. Our office teams and installation and service engineers will be following heightened hygiene procedures, including the use of disinfectant spray, PPE and hand sanitiser. In line with Government guidelines, we have also implemented the recommended social distancing measures. As such, we will be requiring customers / clients to retain a distance of at least two metres from our engineers and delivery teams. In accordance with official guidelines, all of our staff have been asked to remain at home for the requisite seven / fourteen days if they have a cough, temperature or flu-like symptoms. We are also in close communication with our supply chains to enable us to forecast stock supplies.

We will be communicating any updates to our staff and clients in regard to this pandemic as soon as they are implemented.

At this time we continue to operate a normal service but will be monitoring government guidelines continually and stand ready to make any necessary changes to protect you and ourselves.
