We are thrilled to announce that Forbes has been recognised with two prestigious accolades at this year’s Innovative Electrical Retailer Awards. On Friday 4th July, our team took home the Best Customer Service award and was also highly commended for our Marketing and Advertising Campaigns; a dual honour that reflects the collective strength, dedication, and vision of our entire organisation. These prestigious industry awards are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion demonstrated across our entire business.
Winning Best Customer Service is a particularly meaningful milestone for Forbes. From our sales and customer care advisors to our installation and service engineers to those in operations, logistics, and account management, every individual at Forbes plays a role in delivering the outstanding service that has become synonymous with our brand.
